Tools

check_domain runs passive checks on a domain you name: email authentication (SPF, DKIM, DMARC, MTA-STS), HTTPS, the TLS certificate, HSTS, security headers, cookies set before consent, privacy and legal notices, and publicly listed subdomains. It returns a score out of 100, a grade, each finding with the NIS2, ISO 27001 or GDPR requirement it relates to, and the three fixes that matter most.

nis2_scope estimates whether an organisation is an essential entity, an important entity or out of scope under the NIS2 Directive, from its sector, size and country. It also lists the duties that follow and the competent authority.

Limits

Checks read only public information. They never log in, test for vulnerabilities or look up breached accounts. Results are cached for 24 hours, and each network address can check 10 new domains per hour. Results are indicative and are not legal advice.

Privacy

We receive only the domain or the NIS2 details you provide, plus the request's IP address. We never see your conversation. Results are kept in memory for up to 24 hours and IP addresses for up to one hour. Nothing is stored in a database. See our Privacy Policy.
