Mum, you're an influencer. Can you promote me on LinkedIn?'
Oh hell yeah I can!!! But not on LinkedIn - Im going to promote you where people understand what you are doing!
Three girls built an app called Asthma La Vista - yes, like the Terminator, yes, they thought of that themselves - for the Technovation Challenge. It helps people with asthma recognize patterns and react before things escalate.
They're pitching it live in Madrid in 2 weeks!
Zero parental involvement. And I mean zero. Like, 0. Nada. Not a line of code, not a suggestion, not a 'maybe try this.' Nothing from us. You can probably tell :)
They coded it from scratch in Python. No AI. No shortcuts.
Built the whole app. Made a video - handmade, all black. Steve Jobs vibes. Three serious girls who clearly decided this problem matters.
She asked me to post this because apparently I talk about everyone else's work here but never hers. :)
Fair point.
Your like won't influence the judges. But it will give those three girls something no judge can give them - confidence.
And this community knows that confidence is 95% of the job done.
Video in the comments. Go give them a thumbs up.
