An adult AI platform was breached last month. ups..

Who cares what hackers know. But you do care what your boss or family, or ex could find out.

A platform called Cuties AI (meet your AI girlfriend kinda platform) lets you type out a fantasy - specific words, specific desires - and generates images and conversations around it. Private & personal. The kind of thing you would never say out loud.

Every word got logged with every image and every preference. Attached to a real email address.

So they pulled that entire database and dropped it on a public hacking forum. Not the dark web. A forum. Searchable. Downloadable.

144,233 people who thought they were alone with a screen. They weren't.

This is what the exposure actually looks like: your email is in that file, linked to the exact words you typed. An ex downloads it. A colleague who knows your address checks it. You get an email at 7am with a screenshot and a bitcoin wallet number. You don't have to have done anything wrong. You just have to have used it.

That email will come for some of them. It always does after a breach like this.

Have I Been Pwned flagged it as a sensitive breach - you can only check your own email, not anyone else's. The right call. But the data is already out. It doesn't come back.

Every platform holding something private about you is a liability. The question was never if it gets breached. It's when - and what they were keeping.
