Cybersecurity hiring has a drag problem most companies don't talk about.
If you're a hiring manager building a security team, you've already felt it.
A software engineer takes roughly 35-45 days to hire. Security roles take longer at every level, because one bad hire here doesn't cost you a quarter. It costs you a breach.
Entry level (SOC Analyst Tier 1): 3 to 6 weeks. Applications aren't the problem, there are plenty. Filtering for real technical competency is.
Mid level (Incident Responder, Pen Tester): 2 to 3 months. You're not looking for someone who can pass a quiz. You need someone who can run a real incident without hand holding.
Senior and specialist (Cloud Security Engineer, AI Security): 3 to 6 months. These people don't apply to job boards. They get poached, quietly, by whoever finds them first.
Executive (CISO): 6+ months, usually through a retained search firm charging a small fortune.
Every one of these delays has the same root cause: visibility. The right person exists. You just can't see them, and they can't see you.
That's the gap CYBERR closes. We're building the place where cybersecurity professionals, at every level, are visible to the hiring managers actually looking for them.
