I am a System/Network Administrator with experience as a Certified Data Protection Officer and Certified Cybersecurity professional. My career began with an IT internship, where I translated databases and handled hardware and software installations. I also ensured data integrity by backing up information and resolving technical issues for users.
I later worked as an Enrollment Officer, assisting with the registration of vulnerable populations into a health insurance database, which expanded my understanding of data management in various contexts.
In my role as a System Administrator, I honed my skills further, although specific details weren't highlighted in my resume. My position as a Technical Assistant allowed me to identify network issues, supervise third-party installations, and provide daily support for software and hardware concerns. New users are coming in, and I tried connecting with other cybersecurity professionals but immediately hit a **Premium** paywall.
For a growing platform, putting a core networking feature behind a paywall from the start may discourage users before they experience the platform's value. Consider allowing free connections, then reserve Premium for higher limits or advanced features.
Just my two cents, I think it would make onboarding much stronger.
