About

Previous veteran of the tech recruitment industry (20 years counts as a veteran right?!) I have now pivoted into Cyber Security, and joined th4ts3cur1ty.company as Head of Strategic Solutions. I have moved from helping businesses with their hiring challenges to helping businesses solve their cyber challenges, and I am loving every day!

Whether you need assistance with security maturity, penetration testing, soc and siem, threat modelling or security management, I'll help you find the right solution for your unique challenges.

I have been fascinated with the cyber security industry for over 8 years, and believe in giving back and helping to demystify the industry. I'm a founding member of BSides Lancashire, part of the team responsible for bringing back BSides Leeds, and can generally be found supporting UK BSides events as a volunteer (BSides Newcastle and BSides Cambridge)

That’s partly why I signed up for a role as Head of Industry Mentoring with CAPSLOCK too! Giving back is important to me and I love the pay-it-forward mentality.

Honest, open, and not afraid to ask difficult questions, I concentrate on building strong relationships to make sure I provide my customers with the best service possible. I also pride myself on being easy to work with, and having some fun along the way - Life is too short to not be doing a job that you love!

I was awarded as Cyber Newcomer of the Year in 2025 https://cybersecurityawards.com/2025-cyber-security-awards
