I am Henry I., an Information Technology professional, with knowledge and exposures in IT Support, application support, Routing and Switching, with a strong technical knowledge and excellent help desk and client service record.

I am resident in Lagos Nigeria and I am open to remote positions. I have worked remotely and hybrid for the last four years.

installation and repair projects to completion with full accuracy and efficiency.

At MicroFocus Limited, I honed my skills in diagnosing and troubleshooting a range of software application issues, collaborating with development

teams, and maintaining comprehensive documentation of support interactions, issues, and resolutions across a plethora of support scenarios on both

virtualization and containerized platforms. My experience in handling escalated client technical support inquiries aligns closely with the

tools for purposes such as threat detection, integrity monitoring, incident response and compliance, Network monitoring of SIEM, Web Application Scanning

and Testing, vulnerability Scanning
