Ten plus years leading technology across Bermuda, the Cayman Islands, Guyana and the USA. Small jurisdictions under heavy regulation, with budgets that do not stretch. You learn to make decisions you can actually defend.

Most recently at ATN International, where I built a cybersecurity technology service line from nothing across all four markets: from roadmap and pricing through to how it went to market. I was also accountable for the group's security solutions business unit and the analyst team behind it, delivering managed detection and response across the operating companies.

Before that, VP of Professional Services at CCS Group in Bermuda. I shared P&L ownership of the division with the President and took the organisation to 42 people. Managed services, cybersecurity, networking and infrastructure, for financial services and insurance clients under Bermuda regulatory oversight.

And before that, Digicel Bermuda. I was Lead Architect on the Government of Bermuda core network replacement: sixty-plus sites across twelve ministries, migrated live one service at a time. I set the NIST CSF and CIS Controls baseline for that build, and it carried into the government technology projects that came after.

What I'm good at is making technology decisions that hold up when a board, a regulator and a room of engineers all want a different answer. And telling the difference between emerging technology worth funding and emerging technology that is noise.
