Are platforms such as TryHackMe and HackTheBox worthwhile tools to use for learning or is this something that hiring managers don't really care about?
I personally feel that I do learn from TryHackMe, though my learning is slow as with everything else. A lot of my progress I feel is also lost over time due to how massive this field is and even focusing on the SAL1 path, there is still an overwhelming amount of knowledge to be gained.
It feels like no matter how much I study, how many labs I do, how much time I spend preparing, it's never enough.
