While my background is not traditional, I have spent my career securing operationally critical environments with the same constraints uptime sensitivity, legacy systems, and real-world impact bringing a pragmatic, risk-based approach directly applicable to industrial environments.

I help organizations fix what isn’t working across technology, cybersecurity, and operations—especially in complex, high-risk environments.

I’ve spent over two decades as a CIO and CISO working with healthcare, government, and commercial organizations to reduce risk, control costs, and make technology actually support the business. That often means stepping into situations with legacy systems, fragmented teams, or growing security exposure—and bringing clarity, structure, and execution.

My focus is simple: desire to be in a deputy or SVP role that will align technology, security, and operations to real business outcomes. Lower risk. Stronger resilience. Better performance. Sustainable cost savings.

I’ve built and matured cybersecurity programs, modernized IT service management, and led large-scale transformations—including cloud, infrastructure, and AI-enabled initiatives. I’ve also supported M&A efforts, helping organizations integrate and scale without increasing risk.

Earlier in my career, I led national-level analytics and fraud detection programs tied to over $800B in federal spending, which shaped how I approach risk, visibility, and accountability today.

I’m hands-on when needed, but always focused on results. If something is broken, exposed, or too complex to manage, I step in and help fix it.
