Lara B. — Building Cyberr
Hi, I'm Lara. I'm building Cyberr, and we've grown fast enough here that I figured I should stop being a logo and tell you where this came from.
We've spent years around this space watching the same thing break. Companies can't find people. People can't find companies. Everyone has a theory about whose fault it is. Recruiters oversell. Candidates get filtered by keyword. Interviews test things nobody does on the job. AI screens out half the pipeline before a human reads a word, and the good ones stay invisible the whole time.
At some point we stopped caring who was to blame. Cyber is the load-bearing wall of every company that exists now, and it's only getting more so. That cannot be the state of how this industry hires. It just cannot.
There are Slack groups. There are job boards. Nothing was good enough, so we started building. Recruitment first, then the network grew on its own, then Heelr came out of what people kept asking us for.
One goal since day one. Help people find work. Help companies find the ones worth hiring.
The rest I'll be honest about. We're a startup. We have budgets, half-finished systems, things we shipped that worked and things we shipped that didn't. Some of what we tried was wrong and we killed it. That will keep happening.
What we need from you is the unfiltered version. What's annoying. What's missing. What you'd actually use. We read all of it and we've changed direction on it more than once.
And if you think this is worth having, bring people in. Invite a company. Send it to someone hiring or someone looking. This only works if the community builds it with us.
Ask me anything.

Luis P.: Lara, I think there may be an opportunity here that goes beyond helping companies find people and people find companies. Cybersecurity itself is changing. AI, automation, increasingly complex dependencies, human behavior, and the speed at which circumstances evolve are challenging not only the capabilities we need, but also how we think about security, risk, resilience, and decision-making. That m
Lara B.: Luis Alejandro Perez I agree Luis. This is on our roadmap, and in the next days I'll share what's on our roadmap and beyond
