Hey everyone, happy to join the community.
My name is Milos, I’m currently working as a CISO in the Web3/fintech space, but my background is engineering-oriented. I came into security through infrastructure, backend systems, DevSecOps, and hands-on operational work, so I still naturally approach problems from both the security and engineering sides.
Over the years, I’ve worked across cloud environments, incident response, security operations, compliance programs, and helped companies build security processes that actually work in practice — not just on paper.
Also, if anyone is new to the field and ever wants guidance, feedback, or just someone to bounce ideas off, feel free to reach out. I know how hard it can be to break into cybersecurity without the right people around you, so I’m always open to mentoring and helping new talent grow.
