Recently completed a hands-on Wazuh SIEM deployment lab as part of my SOC Analyst learning path.

The project included installing Wazuh on Ubuntu, integrating Windows and Kali Linux agents, monitoring security events, and validating threat detections through the dashboard.

This experience strengthened my skills in SIEM administration, log analysis, and security monitoring while providing a better understanding of real-world SOC operations.

Innocent A.: This is amazing! I always emphasize on the need for hands-on experience for cybersecurity professionals and setting up and validating a SIEM environment is a valuable skill for any SOC analyst. I recently shared a practical video on vulnerability management with Nessus that could add another layer to your security toolkit. Worth checking out https://youtu.be/v7p7qHhOZzA
