Samuel Watua Soita dropped an excellent point recently about how AI is rewriting the economics of phishing. The takeaway is clear: We can no longer train users to spot fakes when the fakes are mathematically perfect copies.

Traditional awareness training looks at the perimeter—bad grammar, weird formatting, suspicious links.

But modern attacks aren't just clever emails. They are weaponized credentials, compromised internal sessions, and human social engineering using perfect deepfakes. Once the attacker authenticates normally using a stolen token or an coerced employee, the 'perimeter' is irrelevant.

If someone compromises an identity today, how quickly does the system step in to stop them?

Security can't rely on appearance. It has to rely on deterministic boundary isolation. If an exploit or an unauthorized action can be neutralized natively at the gate before execution, the deception layer fails completely.

Stop trying to fix the human layer. Build an unbreakable trust boundary at layer zero.
