Standard Perimeter Defense is Dead. It’s Time for a Paradigm Shift.
Look at the headlines this week: active zero-days in widely deployed networking gear (CVE-2026-88771) are granting threat actors root-level access. Even advanced, phishing-resistant multi-factor authentication controls are being bypassed via session hijacking token replays.
Reactive patching and legacy perimeter walls are failing because they try to stop attacks after the threat has already initiated execution logic.
