I had the chance to take the community stage at the Empower Women in Tech event last week, and I wanted to share a bit of what I spoke about: Building the Glass Ladder. 🪜

You've probably heard of the "glass cliff": the idea that women are often handed leadership only once things are already in crisis. Well, if instead of waiting for the cliff, what if we built a ladder. One we climb together, before any crisis forces the issue? Through small steps like sharing opportunities, making introductions, and simply telling someone, "you should go for it." ✨

So grateful for the opportunity, and honestly, this post exists because the event photos turned out so good I had to share them. 📷
