Every week someone sends us a version of the same message: I've applied to forty roles and I can't get past the first filter.

Okeeey..

28.5% of cybersecurity job postings now ask for AI skills. Last year it was 14.2%. Doubled in twelve months.

Same titles: Security Engineer, SOC Analyst, Cloud Security Engineer BUT different requirements underneath.

Five keep repeating: Python. Prompt and context engineering. AI security. Agent orchestration. MLOps.

And the other half of it: senior-titled postings grew 65% in six months. Junior titles are 0.7% of the whole market.

So no, it's not a fair process...

If your CV was written for last year's version of the role, that's fixable.

So we're doing this for the next 10 people who go annual Premium: DM me your CV and we'll come back with feedback based on what the market is actually asking for right now.

Kamran M.: How much you are charging to review resume?

Lara B.: Kamran Mirza for the new 10 annual premium users, we will do it for free..

Scott D.: Seems to be a skills and experience issue versus a resume issue for most. Start with "do you even have these AI oriented skills?"

Scott D.: I do a lot with AI both Frontier, Open Weight and Open Source models running in the cloud as well as locally. I write python scripts to orchestrate the workflows I create and I use looping structure in my code to manage the context window and tendency to hallucinate. Probably more I'm doing within my projects that I don't even think to write down.

Scott D.: Anyway, I still get engaged for the same stuff...I'm not seeing wholesale adoption just yet.
