xBig personal milestone — I've officially joined the Security Industry Association's Women In Security Forum (WISF) community!
I joined because I believe strongly in promoting and cultivating women's leadership in security. We make better decisions and build stronger teams when more voices are at the table.
For me, it's about more than membership — it's about helping build a more inclusive and diverse industry, and learning from the incredible women and allies who are leading that change.
Grateful to @Security Industry Association and @SIA Women in Security Forum for creating this space that promotes leadership, mentorship, and professional growth.
