Jeff P.: Every job I've had, I find the most successful teams have some sort of mentor/mentee program in place. Professional development training is valuable, but it is typically one-to-many, and one-directional. But having a mentor is 1:1 and adapts "on the fly" with feedback. And positive growth happens for both people. Thank you Cyberr for making it available on your platform. I've not seen it anywhere
