There’s a lot of talk about the cybersecurity talent shortage.
From what I see in the field, that’s not really the issue.
The real challenge is execution.
Projects are delayed.
Key roles stay open for months.
Teams struggle to find the right level of expertise (IAM, Cloud, SOC…).
Meanwhile, regulatory pressure keeps increasing (NIS2, DORA…).
So the situation is quite paradoxical:
The needs are clear.
Budgets are often there.
But delivery doesn’t keep pace.
That’s where I believe the model needs to evolve.
At CYBERR®, we’re trying to address this differently — by enabling companies to access the right cybersecurity expertise quickly, depending on their context.
Whether it’s:
• reinforcing a team
• accelerating a project
• or hiring permanently
The idea is simple: make expertise accessible when it’s actually needed.
Not a generalist platform, but something built specifically for cybersecurity.
In practice, it can mean:
getting a SOC analyst onboarded in days,
moving faster on an IAM program,
or securing a cloud project without slowing everything down.
Curious to hear how others see it:
are you experiencing this gap between needs and actual delivery?
