We are looking for a driven Info Security Engineer to join our dedicated Information Security team. At CorVel, we don't just check boxes; we partner across the business to research, design, and implement robust security solutions that protect our digital assets and drive innovation.
In this role, you’ll be at the heart of our defense—threat modeling with engineering teams, maturing our vulnerability management, and serving as a technical SME to ensure our infrastructure is resilient. What you’ll do:
âś… Foster high-level security practices across the entire organization.
âś… Conduct threat modeling and evaluate security risks in technical designs.
âś… Spearhead vulnerability management processes and risk assessments.
âś… Partner with cross-functional teams to select and deploy cutting-edge security controls.
What we’re looking for:
🔹 3-5 years of hands-on Information Security experience.
🔹 Deep knowledge of FIPS, NIST 800-53/CSF, or similar frameworks.
🔹 Proficiency in cloud security and secure system design.
🔹 A lifelong learner with a "team-first" mentality and relevant certifications (CISSP, Security+, SANS, etc.).
