James W.: I am really enjoying the platform, hopefully I will be able to continue as just a contributor and not as another role seeker as it looks like I have found a new role. I am just awaiting a modification to onboarding documents relating to pre-existing and ongoing (non-work related) IP, as I am not interesting in someone other than me owning my brain.
