24 Hours. 10,250 Points. Historic Top 2 Finish in East Africa! 🏆🇹🇿

First of all, I would like to thank God for His ultimate glory and continuous guidance throughout this intense journey. 🙏✨

If you told me 5 months ago when I first walked through the gates of the Institute of Accountancy Arusha that I would lead an elite team of cyber defenders on an international stage🏆, I would have thought it was a movie script.

But leadership doesn't wait until you feel ready. It calls you when the line is drawn.

Just 5 months into my college journey, I was honored to step up as Team Captain for #S3C_144 by my chairman James Haule to represent our college and country🇹🇿 in the prestigious East Africa Intervarsity CTF Championship.

🎯 The Qualifiers: Flawless Execution (10,060 / 10,060)

We entered the qualifiers with one mindset: leave no flag behind. Together, we did the unthinkable—solving 38 out of 38 challenges to secure a perfect score and dominate our way into the Grand Finals as one of the Top 5 Elite Teams in East Africa!

⚔️ The Grand Finals: 24 Hours on the Battlefield

The finals on August 14th were a digital warzone. 24 continuous hours of hacking, cryptography, reverse engineering, and digital forensics. No sleep. Pure adrenaline, taking more cofee.

Leading a team through this level of high-pressure tournament required deep mental stamina. We fought fiercely until the very last second.

🏆 The Results:

🏅 Rank #02 in East Africa

📊 10,250 points (Tied for the highest points in the region!)

🎯 34 / 39 Challenges Crushed

We rewrote the narrative for Institute of Accountancy Arusha and proved exactly what Tanzanian youth are capable of in the global tech landscape. As I wrap up my first year of study, this is just the beginning of a lifelong journey to secure our digital world.

To anyone chasing a dream: Consistency, curiosity, and persistence make all the difference. 🔥
