The value of threat intelligence isn't because it's technically impressive but because it helps to facilitate better decision making. Clients don't need another report full of indicators or another explanation of how sophisticated a threat actor is. They need to know what actually matters to their business, what could happen if they do nothing, and where they should focus first.

That's where trust gets built, by turning complexity into clarity. When clients leave a conversation feeling confident about their next decision instead of overwhelmed by technical details, intelligence has done exactly what it was supposed to do. CTI professionals shouldn't just explain threats, they need to help people understand the business consequences behind them.
