Curious what everyone's thoughts are on AI Interviews?

Maybe it's just be but I've always enjoyed talking with someone directly. Always felt like if you give me an AI Interview for a contractor job/position, you don't value me as a person.

Again just my thoughts here and open for discussion! 😂

Joshua C.: They don't ever value you as a person. They value the skills you have.

Dave M.: given the number of candidates for some roles its probably a reasonable screening option to provide basic context or technical background / requirements - as long as the quality of the agent is good then its a quick screening process for both sides. I've done plenty of interviews on both sides where it was evident it wasn't a good fit for whatever reason but the interview still continued on wastin

Blynn A.: Dave McKenzie completely fair points. A great point as well on the auto rejected CVs in the background too as that had been going on for years (with some circumventing that practice with adding words to white space, etc).
