Everyone is talking about AI in security…
But almost no one is talking about the real impact on operations.
In practice, what I’ve been seeing is:
— AI-powered tools being deployed without proper tuning
— “Smarter” alerts… still being ignored
— Overloaded teams, now dealing with even more data
The promise was to reduce effort.
In many cases, it just increased complexity.
The question very few people are asking:
👉 Are we using AI to improve security…
or just to make the problem more sophisticated?
Because at the end of the day, it’s not about having AI.
It’s about being able to operate security consistently.
Who else is seeing this in real environments?
