John L. — Cyber Operations Graduate

Trying to make the transition in to the Cyber Operations industry for a recent graduate is proving to be more challenging that I thought it would be. Partially because I am not your typical graduate, I'm a working man with a family that has had a full time job for the last 20 years of my life and decided to get my degree to better the life of my family and myself. So I already have financial responsibilities that require me to have a set minimum income that needs match my current income level at least. This is proving to be difficult, but I will not give up. If anyone has any tips, they are always appreciated.

Laurent H.: Congrats John Lowery, the non-linear path is harder, but people who've walked it often end up being the most resilient professionals in the room. Keep going, your work story is an asset, not a setback.
