Lead and manage an Identity and Access Management team of approximately twenty internal and external resources. Ensure the operational management of identities and access rights across the organisation. Prioritise projects and operational activities, ensuring efficient delivery and service continuity. Plan, coordinate, and monitor team activities, tasks, and deliverables. Optimise resource allocation and workload across the team. Support IT teams in implementing access management processes for new applications. Manage IAM related risks, define remediation plans, and ensure proper follow up. Monitor implementation of remediation actions and report on progress and risks. Maintain clear communication with management and provide regular feedback on activities, priorities, and risks.
