Project Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled Cybersecurity Consultant located in or familiar with the Swiss regulatory landscape to provide expert security oversight for our local infrastructure and operations. The ideal candidate will ensure our data protection measures align with Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection (FADP) and international standards.
Scope of Work
Conduct a comprehensive security assessment of existing IT infrastructure.
Ensure compliance with Swiss-specific data privacy regulations (FADP/nFADP).
Perform vulnerability scanning and provide actionable remediation paths.
Review and update internal security policies and incident response plans.
Provide guidance on secure cloud integration and local data residency requirements.
Key Deliverables
Detailed Security Audit Report with categorized risk findings.
Compliance Roadmap specifically tailored for Swiss legal requirements.
Hardening guides for network and endpoint configurations.
Executive summary for stakeholders regarding local security posture.
Requirements
The candidate must have a proven track record of working within the Swiss market and a deep understanding of local compliance requirements. Experience with financial services or highly regulated sectors in Switzerland is a significant plus.
